Additional Terms and Conditions

1. This 110% Price Guarantee is only available on new vehicles purchased directly from Arlington Height Buick GMC.

2. The lower price offered must occur within the same calendar month as the date of your purchase.

3. The offer submitted as proof of the lower price must be in writing, signed by an officer of the dealership (original and not a photocopy or electronic form), and must be for the same year, make and model vehicle with the identical same manufacturer suggested retail price as the vehicle purchased by you. Additionally, the vehicle offered at the lower price must be available for immediate delivery and must never have been titled or used for demonstration or any other purposes. Also excluded from this offer are leased vehicles, factory orders, vehicles purchased through employee incentives, benefits programs and/or events.

4. Please note that since manufacturer-to-dealer and manufacturer-to-consumer rebates and incentives often vary by region, they will not be used to calculate the variance between the purchase price paid and the lower offered price. Dealer installed options, processing fees, and extended service contracts will also be excluded when calculating the price variance.

5. You must notify Arlington Height Buick GMC within three days of the sale date by telephone at (847)754-4952 as well as email Arlington Heights Buick GMC General Manager, Ariel Szwec at ariel@ahbuickgmc.com of your intentions to submit a claim and present the proof of the lower price offer subject to these terms and conditions to us by mail postmarked no later than the 5th day after the date of purchase.
