She was incredibly helpful in comparing the various options available, understanding the differences in pricing, and even tracking down some mechanical questions we had from the on-site technicians and experts at other locations. She did not pressure us, was very patient the whole time, and we are very satisfied with the whole experience.

The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. Talked over the phone about when I could come in, and make the purchase. We talked on Monday about paint protection, and when we picked up the car it was all ready. Went in on Saturday to purchase the car, and everything was done. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The sales team is easygoing, and not pushy at all. This was surprising considering how most car salesmen typically are. I dealt with Andrew, Nicolette, and Mike the finance manager. They all were exceptional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. I live 50 miles from the dealership, and if I was buying a car I would definitely go back there.

The vehicle was in green condition. And even had new tires that the dealer put on. Aleksei my representative was great to work with and efficient and honest. There was a bit of the hard sell on the Extended warranty. But that's to be expected. There was a slight problem with a small electronic feature and the team worked hard to resolve it immediately. I did get the feeling that they really wanted to help. Thanks again

Today was my first visit to Arlington Heights Buick GMC. I was bringing in my 2012 Buick Regal for a Recall repair. I was greeted at the service desk by Michael Evans, who would be my advisor. I just want to say how pleased and impressed I was by the service and communication for the 2 hrs I was there. I rec'd several text messages w/info and Michael also came to find me in the waiting area to give me updates. I also observed a sales person greeting another customer in the waiting area, someone who had purchased a car from him. He took the time to find out why he was in there for service on his car and if everything was going well with it. When I rec'd the text saying my car was ready, Michael was then there within a minute or 2 and gave me the paperwork. He also went over the 46 multi-point inspection that was done on my car in addition to the recall repair. This wasn't anything I requested, it was done as a free courteous service, I believe my car was also washed! In the past year, I have brought both my son and his wife's newer vehicles down the street to another dealership, which I won't name, for oil changes w/appts. The service was nothing compared to today at AH Buick GMC. One of the visits, I waited 3 hrs for an oil change and eventually, I had to go searching for my service advisor to find out what was going on. I'm only mentioning this to give an example of the service and how I was treated at another dealership. Thank you again Michael for making today's visit a pleasure! From other reviews I've read, it seems to be a great place to buy a car and for service!

My husband and I drove three hours to visit the dealership and look at a car we had found online. The entire staff was warm, friendly and very efficient. We especially appreciated our sales associate Victor. He was knowledgeable and helpful but did not make us feel pressured in any way. We decided to buy the car after our test drive, and Victor very professionally helped us through the entire process. It was a truly enjoyable experience!
