Thanks for repairing my GMC 1500 The work and communication was excellent.

I brought my two generic key fobs to the dealership to get programmed. When they give me the key fobs back, they said you’re all set. I tested the key fobs and realized one of them was not programmed correctly. I asked the technician why one didn’t work completely and he says well they’re cheap key fobs. I wish he would’ve told me that one was not working before I had to ask him. I would understand this, but I had to probe to find out that one fob did not work to lock the car. That’s why I’m giving the rating that I am since the technician should have told me before I had to find out myself.

Aleksei and the whole team at Arlington heights GMC did a great job getting me into new vehicle the whole process from service to price was great! I would recommend giving them a chance and a shot! I went here and will be back.
