Service check in personnel are very knowledgeable and efficient at their process, which made it easy to get in and out.

I arrive from my appointment and they took me right away. They did the oil change and multi point inspection came back with a couple suggestions. We will follow up on the suggestions next time we go back to Arlington Heights Buick
