I want to extend a sincere thank you to Mike in Finance for making the final step of my vehicle purchase just as enjoyable as the rest of the experience. Mike is the definition of a true professional. From the moment I sat down with him, everything was organized, efficient, and exactly as promised. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, with no surprises and no unnecessary delays. What made the experience even more memorable was our conversation. We discovered a shared interest in sales, and Mike was genuinely interested in hearing about my career in the aerospace and defense industry. It’s worth mentioning that I had been searching for a second vehicle for over a month and visited several local dealerships along the way. I also had my personal mechanic inspect multiple vehicles I was seriously considering. For me, those inspection results would ultimately determine both my purchase decision and any potential negotiation. That said, I worked with Shelly Barr as my salesperson, and she was wonderful throughout the entire process, she was professional, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely easy to work with too. Shelly and Finance Manager Mike Audino took the time to put together a financing package that worked for me and made the buying process far less stressful than I expected. One thing I especially appreciated was that they had no issue with me having the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic before moving forward. When a few minor issues were identified, they agreed to address the repairs and stood behind the vehicle. They even provided me with a loaner car while the work was being completed, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. After visiting four dealerships and talking to numerous sales representatives my wife and I left with a bad experience buying a new car, but that all changed when we visited Arlington Heights Buick from the moment we entered their front door we expected the same result we had received from the other dealerships we had visited, But that all changed the moment we were welcomed by sales representative Cesar Martinez he introduced himself and said he would be happy to answer any questions his demeanor and attitude put us at ease and then proceeded to show us the Buick model we were interested in, Cesar not only showed us one car but five different colors, and each time he would go out to the car lot bring in a car and then take it out and bring in another until we were satisfied with the exact color exterior and interior The had the patients of a saint ! Then came negotiations we discussed pricing and just when we were close and could not decide he called in General Sales Manager Michael Audino who also was very patient and Professional no pressure no take or leave statement but offered us more incentives and best of all lowered the price ! The Deal was completed with his Help . Then on to Finance department and again a pleasant person with Nicollet the finance person . I entered this dealership a stranger and came away feeling like a member of their Family ! Thank you all for a wonderful and pleasant car buying experience!!!!!

Shelley is an outstanding salesperson. She made my transition from my old vehicle that I have grown very attached to into my new one very easy with her kindness and patience with me. Her knowledge of my new car was phenomenal. I came in looking for a very specific model and make, and I was not certain that it would be at the dealership. Turns out one was delivered first thing that morning, and Shelley knew exactly where it was. She and a colleague went and pulled it out to make sure I was able to drive it. I am so happy that she took care of me because I got my car that I truly wanted. Mike in finance was excellent having all of my paperwork ready so when I came in for my appointment, I was able to take care of all of my papers quickly and start my new journey with my new vehicle. Robert was also very kind. Anytime I need a new car or I know of someone who is looking for one Shelley is going to be my first recommendation with her kindness and knowledge I was very pleased, and this was a very pleasant experience for me.

Robert was very aggressive and rude during our
Robert was very aggressive and rude during our Consultation. We came out to look at a vehicle and knew that the finances would be the biggest conversation piece for us. Unfortunately Robert completely ruined the experience. We would not recommend dealing with this manager. Aleksei was very nice without him the complete experience would have been awful. It's unfortunate that Robert decided to behave that way, especially towards customers. We were open to other options and we were ready to buy. But the way he spoke and presented himself completely turned us off from buying from this dealership. I would never recommend dealing with this sales manager if you decide to come to Arlington Heights Buick dealership.
