Brought my Buick Enclave that l recently purchased from a different dealer in for a recall inspection. Arlington Heights Buick took care of me like l was one of their own customers. A polite and competent service advisor got my recall fix along with a commentary inspection of my Buick while servicing the recall. Mechanics preform service quick and proficiently. I got my SUV back with in hours! So happy!!
They advised on how to handle our recurring on again/off again non-flashing "Check Engine" light. Finally, we were able to bring the car in while it was on. Initial scan by the service advisor indicated failed oxygen sensor. Left it overnight to be fully diagnosed and serviced, indicating we would need the car for the following day. That was above and beyond service wirh a very good attitude. Mike was also helpful in the service department. Putting me at ease with mechanical questions. I had a great experiance at Arlington Heights Buick GMC when looking for a new car. The dealership had several options of certain vehicles that I was interested in and all of the staff that I interacted with were attentive and helpful. Salesperson did not disclose a problem with the car during test drive. The issue was hidden from me on purpose. I wouldn't have bought the car if I knew the issue. Management didn't respond to me and the salesperson said they wouldn't fix the issue because the car was old. I expected more from a reputable dealership.
Kelvin and Mike did a great job of getting me something that fits my needs and I am so excited about that.

UPDATE 6/19/2025: After communicating further with the dealer they agreed to do a diagnostic of the truck for free. Upon receiving the results of what the error code was, they offered to fix the truck, including parts and labor with NO CHARGE to us. I appreciate that they went ahead and took care of the customer even after the sale was made, because of this, I would purchase another vehicle from them and would also recommend them to my friends and family, because in the end they did take care of us.

Easiest to deal with! No Stress! And I mean we felt no stress! Cesar was who we have been waiting to meet for 4 weeks. Finance guy was totally not aggressive... never experienced this before... I'm giving this dealership first shot when I buy my next vehicle. FYI... I drove 1hr to get here just to test drive and walk away but they made me an offer I could not and did not want to refuse.
