We purchased a previously-owned Chevy Bolt EV from Shelley Barr. She was incredibly helpful in comparing the various options available, understanding the differences in pricing, and even tracking down some mechanical questions we had from the on-site technicians and experts at other locations. She did not pressure us, was very patient the whole time, and we are very satisfied with the whole experience.
The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. Talked over the phone about when I could come in, and make the purchase. The vehicle was in green condition. And even had new tires that the dealer put on. Aleksei my representative was great to work with and efficient and honest. There was a bit of the hard sell on the Extended warranty. But that's to be expected. There was a slight problem with a small electronic feature and the team worked hard to resolve it immediately. Began the buying experience online and was contacted via phone quickly after. The salesperson honored the online deal, but there was no further negotiation on the price. The online price was the online price. They did however, work with me on the financing to achieve my desired monthly payment. Salesperson and finance officer were both upfront and honest. Couple minor issues with the car were corrected in a timely manner during a holiday weekend.
