The service center at Arlington Heights Buick GMC was incredible! I was traveling, my yukon had a water pump issue late Friday afternoon. Luckily I was near AH, got a tow and by Saturday afternoon they had it all fixed! Reasonable price too. Thank you all so much for the incredible service, you saved the vacation! Highly recommend.

Smooth and painless purchase of a used vehicle. Kevin and Nicolette were great to work with. I called to ask about a specific car and scheduled an appointment on pretty short notice but they still managed to detail the car and have it out front and ready for me by the time I got there. No pressure sales or pushy tactics. After shopping around, I returned to buy the vehicle as the treatment I received here was better than numerous other dealerships.
When my old 2006 GMC died, Cesar took care of my old car and was honest about buying a new Buick at the price I wanted. He made sure it was clean when I picked it up and took the time to show me everything about my new car, especially all the new technology. I brought in my Sierra EV for a weird rattling noise coming from the front while driving. It was definitely frustrating, especially on a vehicle at this price point, and it took a couple of visits to finally pinpoint and fix the issue. Hope it stays this way and does not return back. While the creaks and rattles were annoying to deal with in a $100k truck, I’m happy with the service experience overall.

As a mechanic wanting to check out the vehicle before purchasing he was able to accommodate getting the vehicle up on the lift so I could do a full inspection on it as well before purchasing. Service was also helpful with questions i had regarding services done previously to the vehicle and the products used along with warranty info surrounding the products used.Would 100 percent do business with Eliot and this dealership again.
