If I could give this place negative starts I would.
If I could give this place negative starts I would. I would not recommend this dealership. The car they sold me gave me repeated mechanical problems over the three years I owned it, and my experiences with both service and sales were incredibly frustrating. I once waited about nine hours for an engine-light issue that was supposedly “fixed,” only to have to come back because it wasn’t. The second time, manager Mike argued with me that the repair had been done correctly, despite another employee agreeing it had not, and I still ended up waiting another three hours. He also told me to ask for him the second around, I did, he dismissed me completely and I had to get the owner involved to get his attention. Embarrassing. Later, when I brought the car back to sell, Kevin was openly rude. While I was standing there, I heard him tell the used-car manager, “Yeah, I don’t like anything about the car either. That’s what I was thinking,” which was pretty rich considering this dealership sold me the car in the first place. He also said, “Oh, the girl is back,” and later told me, “Hopefully the next person treats it better than you did.” Mind you he’s works in the SALES department. So what was he doing behind the counter at the used-car department calling their manager talking badly about my car in front of me you ask? No clue. He thinks he’s a hot shot when he’s truly just another condescending salesman with zero people skills. Another embarrassing moment for this dealership. Mark in service was great, but unfortunately he was the exception. Overall, I felt dismissed, talked down to, and disrespected multiple times. I would not return and be aware if you’re a woman.

This past Labor Day, my father and I had come into Arlington Heights Buick GMC to take a look at a brand new 2026 Buick Enclave Sport xx that we had found online the day prior. We had the privilege to work with Eliot, who was courteous in showing us the vehicle, going on the test drive with us, and ultimately getting the deal done. I was beyond impressed with how smooth the transaction was start-to-finish. There were no gimmicks here. I've been on both the good and bad end of car deals at the many dealerships I've had the opportunity to purchase from, but I can say with confidence that Arlington Heights Buick GMC is a place you should strongly consider your next vehicle purchase. I also wanted to take the time in this review to mention this dealership's sales manager, Nicolette. She provided an unwavering amount of transparency-from the purchase price, financing options, and trade-in value. These efforts did not go unnoticed, and I hope that I've expressed my sincere gratitude for this deserving dealer group in my honest review. In conclusion, Arlington Heights Buick GMC is an exceptional dealership that you can trust! Don't forget to ask for Eliot! And definitely check out the new Enclaves, they are a gorgeous ride!

Eliot was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns. As a mechanic wanting to check out the vehicle before purchasing he was able to accommodate getting the vehicle up on the lift so I could do a full inspection on it as well before purchasing. Service was also helpful with questions i had regarding services done previously to the vehicle and the products used along with warranty info surrounding the products used.Would 100 percent do business with Eliot and this dealership again.
